Maple-glazed BBQ drumsticks

Ingredients
up to 12 chicken drumsticks
½ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon or grainy mustard
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Prep the chicken:
Trim any excess skin or fat from the drumsticks using your Viking knife for clean, precise cuts.
Make the glaze:
In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Grill the drumsticks:
Preheat grill to medium. Grill chicken for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
Glaze while grilling:
During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the drumsticks generously with the maple glaze.
Serve it right:
Serve hot, ideally with grilled corn, a cold drink, and the Wimbledon match playing in the background.
